As part of the process of contacting WENNOVATION, through the communication form provided on our website https://wennovation.socar.com.tr, we process your identity information (name, surname), contact information (mobile phone number, e-mail address), and the name of the company you work for, solely for the purposes of enabling you to submit your questions and suggestions and for us to provide feedback on such questions and suggestions. These personal data are processed by us, in our capacity as the data controller, in compliance with the fundamental principles set forth in the Law, limited to the purposes specified above, and on the legal basis of "necessity of data processing for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject are not harmed."

We share the personal data collected with our domestic service providers and business partners from whom we receive support in information technologies, research and analysis activities, or consultancy services requiring expertise, as well as with our cloud computing solution whose servers are located abroad. Such data transfers are carried out for the purpose of ensuring that you obtain the highest efficiency from WENNOVATION, on the legal bases of "necessity of data processing for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject are not harmed," and "the existence of a standard contract, announced by the Authority, that includes matters such as categories of personal data, purposes of data transfer, recipients and recipient groups, technical and administrative measures to be taken by the data recipient, and additional measures to be taken for special categories of personal data."
